Not always. Under Serbian law, copyright arises with the author and is transferred by contract or, for employees, under the rules on works created in employment. If a contract with an outside developer doesn't settle this clearly, the client may lack rights it thought it had.
That is why we always provide for the transfer expressly.
It can, if the company offers goods or services to people in the European Union or monitors their behaviour, for example through an app or an online shop. In that case both the GDPR and the Serbian Act apply.
Our assessment starts from who your users are and how you reach them.
Vesting means a founder earns their share gradually, usually over several years. If they leave early, the part not yet earned can be bought back at a pre-agreed price.
Investors ask for it because they invest in the team; for founders, it protects against a partner who leaves but keeps a large share.
Yes. We offer fixed-price packages for incorporation and the founders' agreement, for the first investment and for basic product compliance (terms of use and privacy). You receive the contents of each package in writing before we start.
Fees are charged under the Serbian Bar's tariff or by written agreement: hourly, a fixed fee for a defined piece of work, or a monthly retainer for ongoing advice.
Before work begins you receive a written estimate, and we tell you in advance about any significant change.
Yes. We hold meetings by video call too and exchange documents over a secure channel. For steps that need a signature before an authority or notarisation, we arrange the simplest way.
